Cresa Arranges Sparta Relocation for Oncology Group
Cresa’s New Jersey-based Medical Practice Group, led by managing principals Jonathan Marks and Dennis Gralla, recently represented Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) in its new 10,000-square-foot, build-to-suit project at 210 Woodport Rd. in Sparta, NJ. With the lease, the oncology care provider more than doubles its space from its current location at 89 Sparta Ave. where the organization has 4,730 square feet.
RCCA’s new facility is near its previous location and close to Sparta’s main medical campus which allows for continuity of care for RCCA patients. “This is another exciting step in RCCA’s strategic expansion and demonstrates the group’s commitment to serving its patients with safe and accessible facilities,” said Marks. “We look forward to assisting RCCA meet the demand for advanced oncology services.”
Marks and Gralla have represented RCCA in numerous transactions across the Northeast. NAI James E. Hanson’s John Schilp represented ownership, Berardi Building Company, in the Sparta transaction.
