<p><strong>Walker &amp; Dunlop</strong> arranged a $176 million credit facility for seven single-family rental communities in various neighborhoods within the Atlanta, Georgia, MSA.</p>
<p>The Walker &amp; Dunlop New York Capital Markets team, led by Jonathan Schwartz, Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Michael Ianno, Jackson Irwin, and Christopher de Raet, arranged the financing on behalf of institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Brookfield Asset Management’s Real Estate Credit group provided the financing. </p>
<p>The portfolio consists of 709 homes totaling 1.4 million rentable square feet across seven different communities, all situated within a 30- to 55-mile drive from Atlanta’s central business district. Located in Atlanta’s most sought-after suburbs, including McDonough, Loganville, Cartersville, Hoschton, Dallas, and Jefferson, the portfolio features a mix of 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes with a variety of amenities. </p>

<p data-beyondwords-marker="3d32ff6a-9498-477d-ac56-9c219320cdab">Walker &amp; Dunlop Managing Directors Mary Stuart Hurst and Russell Dey partnered with Inner Circle Holdings to structure the 10-year, fixed-rate Fannie Mae loan with three years of interest-only payments to Redstone Group Management Inc.</p>
<p data-beyondwords-marker="e3aa16a4-202a-4b05-9c0c-9e80bd7e354d">Rivertown Ridge is a 152-unit, class A senior housing community built in 2019 as part of a larger, 120-acre master-planned community. The community includes dedicated units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.</p>
<p data-beyondwords-marker="4a4c9fc8-3ebb-48ed-a356-98dc3b7b2efa">“We pulled together a team of agency and senior housing experts to collaborate on this unique transaction, which was a testament to the breadth of Walker &amp; Dunlop’s financing platform,” said Mary Stuart Hurst, Managing Director of Multifamily Finance at W&amp;D. “We are thrilled that we could be a part of Redstone Group’s commitment to providing quality care and housing in Grand Rapids and the surrounding region.”</p>

<p>Walker &amp; Dunlop has provided<b> </b>$44.8 million in financing for the Ambling Portfolio, an eight-property, 741-unit multifamily portfolio in South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama.</p>
<p>All of the units in the portfolio are subject to Land Use Restrictive Agreements, which require that 40% of the units must be occupied by low income tenants earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income. Five of the properties are located in South Carolina, two are in North Carolina, and one is in Alabama.</p>
<p>Jeff Lawrence, Matt Baptiste and Greg Krafcik of Walker &amp; Dunlop secured the financing on behalf of the borrower, Infinity Real Estate Advisors and Infinity Capital Partners. The transaction represents the first investment in the fund, Infinity RE Impact, which was recently formed by Atlanta-based alternative investment management firm Infinity Capital Partners.</p>
