An Oracle-occupied data center in Oregon has been sold to a new landlord. Commercial real estate firms Five 9s Digital and Romans Properties advised an unnamed institutional client in acquiring the 91,000-square-foot single-tenant data center in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The asset sold for $31.75 million. Oracle is the only tenant in the facility and recently extended its lease. The company also operates a second adjacent facility at 3295 NE 83rd Avenue, reported DCD.

Five 9s Digital offers national data center real estate solutions, brokerage, consulting and development services. Romans Properties is a Charlotte-based full-service brokerage that specializes in data centers and commercial properties.
