SL Green Realty Corp. announced the sellout of the exclusive Giorgio Armani Residences on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. All 10 residential units within the luxury condominium project are now under contract for gross consideration totaling $168.2 million. The sales are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.

760 Madison was conceived in collaboration with New York-based architecture firm COOKFOX and the award-winning Victoria Hagan, who served as creative consultant to SL Green. The REIT said its ground-up new development reflects the classic nature of the Armani brand while respecting the historic aesthetic of the Upper East Side.  

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been the marketing and sales agency of record, led by brokers Sabrina Saltiel and Madeline Hult Elghanayan.. 

Pappas Properties received approval from the Charlotte City Council to move ahead on Phase III of its mixed-use project on Pearl Park Way. The Charlotte Business Journal reports the okay will allow for a planned multifamily tower to reach a maximum height of 275 feet with 425 units. Ten units have to be rent-restricted. This final phase also includes a 150-room hotel, up to 100,000 square feet of office space and up to 35,000 square feet of retail.

Solis Midtown, the project’s most recent phase, delivered last summer. That 329-unit property at 1133 Harding Place, was developed by Terwilliger Pappas. Atrium Health’s Kenilworth Medical Plaza I and II, also the project’s second phase, opened in April 2021 at Kenilworth Avenue and Harding Place. The $228.1 million medical plaza includes more than 250 exam rooms.

Phase one included a $28 million headquarters building for Canopy Realtor Association. That 60,000-square-foot building opened in September 2019.
