Colliers and been appointed as the exclusive agent for the sale of the “CNO Corporate Campus” located at 11825 N. Pennsylvania Street in Carmel, Indiana. The 78-acre property is currently owned by CNO Financial Group, which is moving to its new corporate office at 11299 Illinois Street in the Spring of 2024.
