Performance Brokerage Services announced the sale of Hanson Kia in Olympia, Washington, from Vince and Kim Hanson to Gee Automotive Companies. Hanson Kia and Hanson Subaru are centrally located in the Olympia Auto Mall, located off Highway 101.

Jason Stopnitzky, Co-Founder of Performance Brokerage Services, was the exclusive sell-side advisor for this transaction. Steve Hanson, father of Vince and Kim Hanson, founded the dealerships in downtown Olympia over 50 years ago, initially offering Volkswagen, Porsche, and Audi.

Gee Automotive Companies has expanded to include 35 dealership locations across Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Arizona.

Accord Group Holdings LLC, a global real estate strategic investment and capital advisory firm based in San Francisco, served as the exclusive financial advisor to the Bixby Land Company in its establishment of Bixby Industrial Fund 1. Terms were not disclosed.

The recapitalization portfolio consists of five industrial properties: two located in Mira Loma, CA; two in Phoenix; and one in Atlanta. Goldman Sachs Alternatives and an Ares Management Real Estate Secondaries fund are equity investors in the newly established fund.

The initial portfolio consists of five industrial properties totaling more than 836,000 square feet of leasable space. The properties are currently 100% leased to a total of 10 tenants with a weighted average lease term of 2.4 years.

Ziegler, a specialty investment bank based in Chicago, was the exclusive financial advisor in the sale of a skilled nursing facility with more than 100 beds in a northern neighborhood of Chicago.

Acting as the advisor to a non-profit Illinois-based seller, Ziegler facilitated the transaction, which
saw the facility being acquired by a prominent local operator effective March 1, 2024. Nick
Glaisner, Managing Director in Ziegler’s Senior Housing and Care Practice, led this transaction
with the support of Melanie Shaffer.
