<p><strong>Urban Genesis</strong> is in charge of building 360 mixed-iincome apartments in the Southpark Meadows neighborhood of Austin.  <a href="https://www.bizjournals.com/austin/news/2026/05/17/coop-southpark-meadows-project-apartments-atx.html?cx_testId=101&amp;cx_testVariant=cx_undefined&amp;cx_artPos=4#cxrecs_s">The Austin Business Journal</a> reports Travis County Facilities Corp. (TCFC) is working with Urban Genesis on the Coop at Southpark Meadows. Once the Coop at Southpark Meadows finishes, 72 units and 108 units will be set aside for households earning up to 60% and 80% of the median area income. The remaining 180 units, all one-bedroom, will be market-rate units. TCFC is leasing the project’s land to Urban Genesis for development. The first unit delivery is slated for August of this year.</p>
<p>The neighborhood includes a mix of other apartment projects and a regional shopping center. The roughly 1.6-million-square-foot retail hub includes a Walmart Supercenter and Target.</p>
<p>The NRP Group recently broke ground on its own 348-unit community close by in partnership with the Housing Authority of Travis County.  first unit delivery for August of this year.</p>
<p>HEDK Architects is the designer.</p>

<p><strong>INDUS Realty Trust</strong> is developing INDUS Commerce Center @ 840, a 2.15 million-square-foot master-planned logistics park in the Nashville market. INDUS recently completed the acquisition of the 189-acre development site, which is located immediately off I-840 in Lebanon. </p>
<p>ICC@840 is currently designed with four buildings and can accommodate tenants ranging from 250,000 to 1 million square feet. INDUS intends to build out the park on a speculative basis, while also pursuing build-to-suit opportunities. All of ICC@840 is fully pad-ready, with mass grading effectively complete.</p>
<p>INDUS is commencing vertical construction on the first building in the park, a 507,000-square-foot speculative cross-dock. </p>
<p>Will Goodman and Jack Armstrong with CBRE are the listing brokers for the development.</p>
<p>INDUS says it focuses on acquiring and developing mid-sized properties, typically ranging from 100,000 to 600,000 square feet, designed for single or multi-tenant use.</p>

<p>Ascension Saint Thomas will break ground next month on its new full-service hospital and health campus in Clarksville. The health campus will be near the intersection of Highway 76 and Interstate 24. </p>
<p>The $148.5 million hospital will anchor a 96-acre integrated healthcare campus, bringing together physician partners, Tennessee Oncology, Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance, Ascension Saint Thomas Heart, Howell Allen Clinic, along with a Montgomery County Emergency Medical Services station. The facility will open with 44 inpatient beds and provide emergency care, inpatient surgery, cardiology, women’s health, a NICU and additional services.</p>
<p>The campus will  also include an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, outpatient surgery, advanced imaging and specialty ambulatory care, making it easier to deliver coordinated, high-quality care close to home at every stage of life.</p>
<p>Ascension Saint Thomas is working with Turner Construction and architect ESa.</p>
