Stonelake Capital Partners acquired Apex Commerce Center, a three-building Class A industrial portfolio in Raleigh, for $90 million.

Located at 2061 Production Drive, 2170 Production Drive, and 600 Pristine Water Drive, the Apex Commerce Center totals 613,353 square feet across three (3) buildings.

Following construction completion in April 2026, Stonelake closed the purchase. The transaction, brokered by Dave Andrews of Jones Lang LaSalle, was executed as a “forward sale”, with Stonelake going under contract during construction in 2025 and retaining leasing rights through the final phase of development. Stonelake’s Josh Lowe oversaw the construction completion of the Apex Commerce Center while Stonelake had the portfolio under contract.

The Apex Commerce Center was jointly developed by Oppidan Investment Company and Rockpoint Group.

Stonelake presently owns 22.5 million square feet of industrial assets across 230+ buildings in 14 Sunbelt markets, with an average building size of approximately 95,000 square feet.

McCarthy Building Cos. completed CommonSpirit – Memorial Hospital, a 134,000-square-foot hospital located in Ringgold, a city in Catoosa County along the Georgia-Tennessee border. The $90 million project marks the first new hospital to be delivered to the community in seven decades. Hoefer Welker served as the design-build architect.

The 64-bed inpatient hospital replaces a 70-year-old medical and connects to the existing physician office building, serving as an anchor for its medical campus. 

The hospital features an emergency department with critical care services, imaging services, operating rooms, a GI department, a pharmacy, a modernized kitchen and server, a laboratory and a sterile processing department, as well as a chapel provided by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. The facility also houses eight ICU rooms and 56 medical and surgical rooms, including five isolation rooms. The site also houses the Rees Skillern Cancer Institute and the MaryEllen Locher Breast Cancer Center.

A new affordable housing community from Dominium, 900 at Cleveland Park, will open this month in Nashville. Located on Dickerson Pike, the 256-unit development will serve families in East Nashville. The $90 million development is Dominium’s second in Tennessee. Freddie Mac TEL, serviced by Greystone, JP Morgan Chase, and Polaris Capital, were key financial players in the deal. The affordable community is supported by the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.

The property comprises seven studio apartments, 153 one-bedrooms, 65 two-bedrooms and 31 three-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, rooftop terrace overlooking Downtown Nashville and dog park.

900 at Cleveland Park is situated in one of Nashville’s fastest-growing corridors. Residents are less than 3 miles from Downtown Nashville and near the Cumberland River, the Nissan Stadium and dining, retail and entertainment options.

By the end of the year, the Catalyst Fund will have $90 million to lend to for-profit and nonprofit entities to build affordable housing in Nashville. The fund reports that it believes it can create or preserve 3,000 affordable housing units in a decade. So far, the fund has received $19.5 million from the Metro Council, $5 million from Vanderbilt University and a $25 million line of credit from First Horizon Bank. The group says it will have the $90 million in the next few months.

The fund will provide short-term loans at below-market interest rates to quickly get funding into the hands of developers so they can have the time to get their full, permanent project financing.

The aim is to be faster than a government agency having to make similar decisions in a fast-moving market like Nashville. The group is eyeing 60 to 90 days from start to finish, as opposed to many months.
