TA Realty has acquired Two Greenway Centre, a five-story office building in Franklin, TN. The sales price was $43.5 million, according to various media outlets.

The 155,000-square-foot property is located at 302 Innovation Dr., 16 miles south of Nashville. Charlotte-based developer Crescent Communities began construction on the property in 2015, with the first office tenants moving in during 2017. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of the property on behalf of Crescent.
