Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Buckley Commercial Building and Yard, a 10,512-square-foot industrial property located in Buckley, Washington. The asset sold for $2.3 million, according to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm’s Seattle office.

Matthew Herman and RJ Vara, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Buckley Commercial Building and Yard is located at 28515 WA-410. The site generated multiple offers and went under contract in less than a week, achieving the asking price of nearly $220 per square foot.
