TA Realty Launches New Data Center Development Arm
TA Realty has announced the launch of a dedicated hyperscale data center development arm within its digital real estate team. This move aims to expand TA Realty’s presence in the digital infrastructure space, leveraging its 40 years of experience in private equity real estate management.
Tim Shaheen, with over 20 years of experience in the data center and IT sectors, will lead the development team. The firm’s focus includes data center campuses and edge deployments in markets including Northern Virginia, Atlanta, and Chicago.
