Stream Realty to List Four Brookfield Properties in DC
Stream Realty Partners’ Washington, D.C. team has secured the leasing assignment for four Brookfield Properties office buildings in the Central Business District.
The buildings, totaling 814,469 square feet, will be overseen by Stream’s Kyle Luby, John Klinke, Tim McCarty, and Josh McDonald. The properties include 2001 M Street, 1220 19th Street, 2000 M Street, and 1140 Connecticut Avenue, offering office space with amenities such as rooftop terraces, fitness centers, and on-site conference facilities.
