Production Co. Tinc Relocates to Times Square 

Tinc Productions, a technical production firm specializing in live events, has signed a 7-year lease for 2,964 square feet at 1560 Broadway in Times Square.  

Alan Steinberg of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, while Chris Plummer of Rice & Associates represented Tinc Productions. The historic 17-story building, constructed in 1925, underwent significant redevelopment in 2014 and is located in the heart of Times Square. Tinc Productions is expected to move into its new space this spring.
