PREMIER Design + Build Completes New HQ for Heathrow Scientific
PREMIER Design + Build Group has completed the new headquarters for Heathrow Scientific, a global provider of laboratory supplies and instruments. The 113,000-square-foot facility in Vernon Hills, Ill., serves as the central hub for the company’s manufacturing, laboratory, and office operations.
Following the demolition of an existing structure, PREMIER constructed the two-story, mixed-use building that features a large laboratory space. The facility also includes 12 dock positions and two drive-in doors for logistics needs.

Heathrow Scientific has seen significant growth since its founding in 1996, with the company expanding its offering of just two products to a portfolio of over 900.
