Charlotte Mixed-Use Project to Feature Sprouts as Anchor
A Sprouts Farmers Market Inc. will soon open at the base of a 383-unit apartment complex in Charlotte. The project is called One NoDa Park and is situated at the intersection of 36th and North Tryon Street.
The 21,000-square-foot store will be Sprouts’ third in the region, joining stores already in Ballantyne and Steele Creek. The Phoenix-based grocer is targeting a summer 2025 opening. The grocer operates more than 400 stores in 23 states.
The 383-unit project is being developed by Avery Hall in partnership with Aria Development Group and Bridge Investment Group. The Charlotte Business Journal reports Avery Hall assembled and purchased the 4.2 acre site in 2020. It paid $13.2 million in total for that land. United Bank is the lender of the project. Sprouts’ architect is Little. Samet Corp. is the general contractor on One NoDa Park’s shell. Avery Hall is the architect.
One NoDa Park apartment is set to deliver in early fall.
