Amenity-Rich Rental Community Opens in Raleigh

When it comes to apartment amenities, some tenants favor extensive security measures, others prefer a patio/balcony, and if a pool is in your sweet spot, the recently-opened Town Triangle Crossing in Raleigh may be for you. The Triad Business Journal reports the Related Group, the developer, claims it’s the largest residential swimming pool in the state. The pool is roughly the size of a college basketball court.

The $110 million complex, near Triangle Town Center, has several other amenities. In the one-acre courtyard around the pool are cabanas, hammocks, a fire pit, a game lawn, picnic tables and an outdoor kitchen with grills and a pizza oven.

Other amenities include a fitness center, a 24-hour grab-and-go market, a dog park, pet spa, pickleball courts, a clubhouse, wine lounge, indoor sauna, game room, conference rooms, co-working spaces and private meeting rooms.

Town Triangle Crossing will have 384 units, a mix of one, two and three bedrooms. The buildings are split into three and four stories. The units range between $1,547 and $2,758 for monthly rent.
