Deep River Partners paid $26 million for the Main Street Market shopping center in Kernersville. Barclay Group was the developer of the project.

Located at 240 Market View Drive, Main Street Market is 74,558 square feet and is anchored by a Lowes Foods, which has been in the space since the shopping center opened in 2017. The tenant mix includes Jersey Mike’s Subs, Pet Supermarket, Aspen Dental and other local restaurants and retailers. The Lowe’s takes up 43,000 square feet of the space.

Barclay Group has experience developing in more than 15 states. Deep River developed 350,000 square feet over the last five years.

Kernersville is a town in Forsyth County, North Carolina, and the largest suburb of Winston-Salem. A small portion of the town is also in Guilford County. The population was 26,481 as of the last census.
